
Antoine Jean Simon Fenelon
Born in September 1986 in Petit-Goâve, Antoine Jean Simon FENELON is a dynamic leader, dedicated public servant, and committed advocate for youth empowerment and sustainable development. Holding a degree in Legal Sciences, he also specialized in Information Technology with expertise in Networks and Programming, providing consultancy services in Haiti and abroad.
He joined public service on May 21, 2012, as an Inspector at the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration (DIE) under the Ministry of the Interior. Over six years, he managed land, sea, and air borders with notable efficiency and proactivity, which earned him multiple promotions. In 2018, he became Coordinator of the Foreigners Control Unit, serving with distinction for another six years.
On November 25, 2024, FENELON was appointed Director of the DIE, where he introduced transparency, austerity, and service improvement policies. Currently completing a Master’s in Business Administration, he embodies integrity, innovation, and dedication to public service.
